Kick-off: 0130, 07/09/2019

Stadium: Hard Rock Stadium

Brazil look worthy favourites to follow up this summer’s convincing Copa America success with a friendly triumph over Colombia in Miami.

Both sides are without some key players, but the Selecao still have enough star names present to make them an attractive betting proposition.

Punters can get 3/5 for Tite’s team to prevail and that is a confident Brazil vs Colombia prediction.

A Look At Brazil’s Betting Odds

Brazil are unbeaten over the past 12 months, securing 13 victories and three draws when combining their global tour and the South American championship on home turf.

Eight of their nine friendly wins were achieved without conceding a goal, so 3/2 for the Selecao to oblige to nil here has obvious appeal from the Brazil vs Colombia odds.

Tite’s men then kept five straight clean sheets on route to the Copa America final, before beating Peru 3-1 in the Rio decider.

Liverpool keeper Alisson is absent due to injury, but Manchester City shot-stopper Ederson is a more than able deputy between the posts.

Hard-working midfielders Willian and Fernandinho, plus energetic striker Gabriel Jesus, also miss out.

However, Neymar and Philippe Coutinho will be eager for action after spending the summer embroiled in transfer speculation.

Roberto Firmino and Richarlison have hit the ground running in Premier League matches, while Dani Alves and Thiago Silva provide great experience at the back.

A Look At Colombia’s Betting Odds

Colombia impressed during the Copa America group stage, following up a 2-0 defeat of Argentina with 1-0 wins against Qatar and Paraguay.

However, Los Cafeteros were then beaten on penalties by Chile after a goalless stalemate in Sao Paulo.

Their record in friendlies is decent, winning six of the last eight and drawing with Argentina during that period.

The absence of star duo James Rodriguez and Radamel Falcao will be keenly felt on this occasion, though.

Davison Sanchez of Tottenham and Everton’s Yerry Mina are familiar faces in defence, but the rest of this department are only moderate.

It is a similar situation in midfield and up front, with Juan Cuadrado of Juventus and Atalanta’s Duvan Zapata lacking strong support.

Let’s add 27/4 for the Selecao to oblige 2-0 to our Brazil vs Colombia betting tips.
